These terms cover the use of this site and the messages you may receive from SolidBooked Pro ("we", "us"). By submitting the form on this site you agree to them.
SolidBooked Pro is a DBA (trade name) of Stars in the Ohasis LLC. Both names refer to the same company. All text messages are sent by Stars in the Ohasis LLC on its own behalf; we do not send messages on behalf of any other business.
Program. SolidBooked Pro sends text messages about walkthroughs you request, appointment scheduling, reminders, and replies to your questions. If you separately opt in, we also send occasional tips and offers.
Consent. You opt in by ticking the consent box on our form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Marketing messages require their own separate opt-in.
Frequency. Message frequency varies for appointment-related messages. Marketing messages are roughly 2–4 per month.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier may.
Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation, and then no further messages.
Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or email vince@solidbookedpro.com.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may vary by carrier.
The walkthrough is free and carries no obligation. Anything we say on it is our honest read of your situation, not a guarantee of any specific result.
We do not promise rankings, placements, or a specific number of customers. Nobody can honestly promise those, and we will tell you the same thing on a call. Any figures shown on this site are past results for specific businesses and are not a prediction of what you will get.
If you engage us, the scope, price and timing are set out separately before any work starts. Setup is charged one time; there is nothing recurring and nothing to cancel. You keep what we build for you.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for having the right to use any materials you provide.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we handle it, including the rule that we never sell or share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their marketing.
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do.
