This policy explains what SolidBooked Pro collects, why, and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, email vince@solidbookedpro.com and we'll answer plainly.
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. Information may only be shared with the service providers that help us deliver the messages you asked for, and those providers may not use it for their own marketing.
This site and its messaging programs are operated by Stars in the Ohasis LLC, which does business as SolidBooked Pro. Consent given to one name applies to the same company. All text messages are sent by Stars in the Ohasis LLC on its own behalf; we do not send messages on behalf of any other business.
Only what you give us: your name, business name, email address, and — if you choose to provide it — your mobile number and a short description of your business. We also record whether you ticked each consent box, and when, so we have an accurate record of what you agreed to.
To contact you about the walkthrough you requested, to schedule and confirm it, to answer your questions, and — only if you separately opted in — to send occasional tips and offers.
If you tick the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from SolidBooked Pro relating to your request and appointment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, or STOP to stop receiving messages at any time. Marketing messages require a separate opt-in and are never a condition of purchase. Consent to receive texts is not required to work with us.
We use ordinary service providers to run the business — scheduling, email delivery, and messaging. They process your information only to provide those services to us. We do not sell your personal information, and as stated above we never share mobile opt-in data or consent for anyone else's marketing.
For as long as we're working together, and afterwards only as long as needed for our records and legal obligations. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we're required to keep it.
You can reply STOP to any text to opt out, unsubscribe from any email, or email us to ask what we hold, correct it, or delete it.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you give us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we won't claim otherwise.
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
